come join us in our 5th year as we further explore all that is
DADA DADA DADA

and create some brand new dolls that incorporate paper and clay mache, fabric, wood, mixed media and more. this would allow you to create several dolls in different styles.

however...

those of you who prefer to create one larger figurative assemblage that incorporates all of those odds & ends and other materials we've all collected over the span of our lifetimes - would need to bring 2 wood boxes ... one larger for the body and a smaller one for the head, your personal doo-dads and items for limbs - old architectural items work well - and the legs would come off for easy packing. this doll would have compartments, hinges, bundles, etc., grafting fragments of your life into a unique sculptural memory.

together we'll explore the mercados, galleries, restaurants and all that Vallarta has to offer. in addition to our daily workshop, there will be open studio time each evening.
